The Port holds a large & varied property portfolio ranging from office suits of under 10 sq m to self contained buildings of over 400 sq m. Warehousing units of up to 2,000 sq m are also available within secure, CCTV and gatehouse controlled terminals. All such facilities are available for both Port and non Port related use.

 

The Port also holds land for strategic development with the approx 9.5 hectare Bates terminal available for large scale port related redevelopment with direct access to deep water quays. Another 2 hectare site is available at Battleship Wharf with the added benefit of direct access to the national rail network. A number of smaller sites are also available within various terminals for Port related use.
